Flag Banner For Parties

This video finished uploading just a bit ago and now I'm here writing about it. I knew I'd get it edited (again) before the night was up! Anyway, this banner was previewed here when I talked about the streamers I made for a baby shower. Since the banner turned out so cute (it seemed to be a hit with the guests and the mother-to-be), I decided to make a tutorial for it after the fact.

Just a couple of notes...
- The type of flag shape I decided upon is called a swallowtail because apparently it looks like a swallow's (a type of bird) tail. Good to know!
- This basic tutorial could easily be modified for a variety of different styles, shapes, and whatnot. I would love to see how others interpret this for their own. :)
