Creepy Fuzzy Spiders

Halloween will be here in just over three weeks. Where did September go? I think I must have dozed off for a couple of weeks. :)

I don't always decorate for every holiday. I try to do something to the exterior of the house if we're going to be home to hand out candy for the trick-or-treaters, though. My go to material is the fake spider web stuff. I like to string it on everything that I can. The first year we used it, we didn't bother embellishing it. Later on, I started putting things in it like fake bugs or fake, plastic spiders. This year, I decided to make my own spiders. I wanted them larger than the fake ones I'd been using and these are also fuzzy because they're made from pipe cleaners.

It's such a simple project that I wasn't sure if I should make a video of it, but I thought it might help someone else out there who is looking for a way to add a little creepiness to their Halloween decorations. Here's the video showing you how it's (easily) done.


Oh, by the way, these will freak people out if you hang them from the ceiling. Well, people who are like me and are scared of spiders!
