Crochet Spiral Ornament

If you've watched any of my Show & Tell videos, you probably know how much I love the Harry Potter books. Well, these crochet spirals are basically magic the way they work up! There are lots of things you can add them to, but I think they look so great on a Christmas tree. That's why I'm including them in the 12 Days of Craftmas! 
Crochet Spiral Ornament
Materials
- Lion Brand Bonbons in Jingle Bells (I used the white with red sparkle) - US size F 3.75mm Crochet Hook - Tapestry Needle - Scissors
Abbreviations
- Ch = Chain Stitch - DC = Double Crochet Stitch - Sl St = Slip Stitch
Notes
- After you're finished making your spiral, you can pull on the ends to make it look more open.
Instructions
Ch 23
Row 1:  2 Dc in 4th ch from hook, 3 Dc in each remaining ch
To make hanging loops: Sl st in same ch as last Dcs were worked, ch 20, sl st in same ch as before.
Bind off and weave in ends.
