Over-The-Rod Hanging Basket - Crochet Pattern

If you would like to purchase a PDF version of the entire set, check out the listing here.

Notes

- The turning chains and step up chains do not count as stitches in this pattern.

- When working in the round, the pattern states to “join with sl st.” This means to join in the first hdc in the round.

- On the next round, when the next stitch(es) are worked into the first stitch, that is the same stitch that you slip stitched into to join.

- The finished baskets are turned inside out so that the “wrong side” is what is displayed. Keep that in mind if you make any modifications and want the texture to match.

Materials

- Yarn - 1 skein of Bernat Home Dec (I used the Aqua colorway)
- Measuring Tape
- Scissors
- Tapestry Needle

- 2 Buttons

Abbreviations

Ch = Chain
MR = Magic Ring
Hdc = Half-double Crochet Stitch
Sl st = Slip Stitch
